You are unable to setup CardDAV manually in Apple Address Book with Kerio Connect 7.0.

You MUST use the CardDAV configuration tool available from the Kerio Connect Integration web page for Mac: http://<servername>/integration/index.php?os=mac

This can also be accessed by the user from within the user's webmail: go to Settings >> Integration with Mac
