New shared folders are not visible in CardDAV account in Address Book

Summary

A user who has not shared contacts with you in the past, has now shared their contacts to you, but these new contacts do not appear in Apple Address Book via CardDAV.

Details

It is necessary to reconfigure the CardDAV account in Apple Address Book to see the new shared folders.

First, remove all CardDAV accounts from Apple Address Book. Then use the CardDAV configuration tool available from the Kerio Connect Integration page to create a new Address Book account.

For more information, please see the Setting up CardDAV account article.
