Summary User changed or added or removed some contacts, but contacts are changed only in the user's local Address Book. Those contacts are unchanged on server. And contacts removed from the local account are not synchronized back, even if they are still on server. Details In general, this issue could happen with contacts in public and/or shared folders. This is normal behavior of Address Book when a user works with contacts stored in folders with read-only access rights. Unfortunately, Address Book does not expect that you are not allowed to change (or add or delete) contacts and there is no way to change it. The only solution of this issue is to not change contacts in folders in which you don't have proper access rights. In case a user deletes some contacts in shared or public folders and those contacts disappear from his/her Address Book, s/he must recreate the CardDAV account using the CardDAV configuration tool available from the Kerio Connect Integration page. For more information, look at Setting up CardDAV account article. |

I have a bit of a different problem, but it sound similar. I’m using the latest Kerio and OSX. I have tried putting some contacts from a public folder into an Address Book group, which should assign them a category in Kerio. They look right in Address Book, but then sync back to the way they were.I’m an admin on the public folder, so I don’t know what hte problem is (I’m using CardDav too)
